I love making things with my hands and exploring new textures and colors. I always have more ideas for new projects than I have time. I love the challenge of figuring out a new idea.

I started modestambition in 2007 as a creative outlet for my busy mind and idle hands. Let's see what we can do with it.

I am currently in the process of trying to do lots of things, like: make more art, bake more, teach less, worry less, have more fun, help others, be a better person, and be near the ocean as much as possible. I was born in Racine, WI and I have an awesome cat and an organic garden.

_made from herringbone fabric and soft, grey eco-friendly felt. i've hand printed the numbers in black/distressed grey block ink onto natural linen. i've hand sewn a vintage gold designer button for easy closure.

_i always use vintage thread and buttons that my mother and grandmother have held onto all these years. they're anywhere from 20-50 years old, maybe even older.
